Flying for the first time can feel overwhelming, but the whole process is simple. This guide explains every step from entering the terminal to boarding your seat.
Step 1: Arriving at the Airport
Arrive 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights. Prefer metro or coach, which are punctual, to avoid traffic delays.
Step 2: Check-in
Get boarding pass and check bags at the airline counter with your ID, or use self-service kiosks. Online check-in lets you pick a seat and go straight to drop-off.
Step 3: Security
Hand your ID and boarding pass to security, put carry-on through X-ray. Power banks must be carried on; liquid containers under 100ml each.
Step 4: Waiting and Boarding
Head to your gate per boarding pass, watch for boarding announcements on screens and PA. Board with your pass and find your seat.
